To keep these activities ongoing, UAML has introduced Training Manual and models to impart training to employees of all the levels involved in activities bearing an environment protection. Also, to those suppliers who are directly / indirectly influencing Environment Concerns of UAML business operations.
As a part of effective Environment Management Program. UAML has taken up following programme :

b) Waste Disposal
c) Recycle of Waste Epoxy

CUSTOMER CONCERN HANDLING:
Periodical review of customer concerns, received in any form (documented or verbal), is done. Any concern by the customer is registered formally. Interaction with the customer is maintained right from registration to final satisfaction/ closure of the issue; issue handling includes analysis, countermeasure & its effective implementation.
Product is subjected to various checks like visual, workmanship, physical & magnetic before releasing to the customer. Reliability tests like Aging, Environment, Vibration etc. are conducted on new product or process as applicable. Adequate handling, storage & final packaging is ensured to keep the product quality till it reaches the customer.
